Competency Dictionary

A competency dictionary is the foundation tool needed to develop the competency profiles. It lists various competencies, their definitions and proficiency levels. The client selects the most relevant competencies from the competency dictionary for the role being profiled. A client can develop the competency dictionary in its entirety or utilize existing models and adapt the definitions to their needs.
