Being Successful

Many organizations have embarked on wide-scale implementation of a competency process. Developing competency-based HR applications is an ideal candidate for a targeted pilot implementation. There are issues of culture and climate to manage. Administrative procedures and integrated systems may have to be developed. This can be better managed and controlled by working with a specific group at the beginning and testing specific HR applications prior to organization wide implementation.
