PDT Inc. brings together a unique team of performance management specialists. Christine Lamothe founded the company in 1990. The company has since grown to include a number of Human Performance Management experts (8 associates) who have served in senior management position in the Federal Government and major Crown corporations.
PDT Inc. main fields of expertise are in the human resources management, competency profiling, coaching, facilitation and training fields. We work very closely with our clients to ensure that our services relate to their operational business needs and that their business goals will be positively impacted.
